Office Policies

Arrival Time

We ask that you please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This allows time for check in, bathroom breaks, and a few minutes to sit down and relax. If you arrive just at or after your scheduled start time, that time will not be added to the end of the visit, so as not to take away time from the next scheduled client. There will be no refunds or proration of shortened visits due to client tardiness.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that clients please call or text 24 hours in advance of any cancellation, need to reschedule, ot need to shorten an appointment time. This will allow us time to fill your cancelled time slot. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or no show, you may be billed a $25 cancellation fee.

Sickness

Massage/ Bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infection or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
